Announcement (Directive)

General Conditions for the ownership of illegally obtained lands.

1. This applies to all land confiscation prior and until January 1st, 2000. A land survey will be conducted and forwarded to the state planning board in order to prepare for ownership.

2. An on sight survey will be conducted to all villages that surround cities and localities to be incorporated and integrated into these cities and towns and to make proper arrangements by the Planning Board.

3. Estimator must offer land confiscators the lowest price range of fifty Dinars per square meter set forth by state Planning Board.

4. Service fees based on (m2) square meter are as follows:

a-Province Center 14 Dinars
b-Cities 10 Dinars
c-Towns 8 Dinars
5. Committee Branches will facilitate in a direct and speedy manner all requirements needed to transfer the lands to the confiscators based on parliament resolution #5 for the year 2002 and the prime minister's directive #1 for the year 2002. Those who fail to abide by these laws will be prosecuted.
6. Work on transfer is based on the one set forth by the high commission for the property ownership for land confiscators.
