The 3 suspects who are Russian, Chechnian and Syrian citizens were returned to their countries after their security transactions had been cleared. Syrian Orthodox Metropolitan Pavlus Yazici and Assyrian Metropolitan Yohanna Ibrahim had been murdered near the city of Aleppo in Syria last April 22 after being kidnapped. An investigation was launched after it was realized that the suspected killers entered Turkey illegally. The suspects are Mogammed A., Ahmad R. and pregnant Fatim M.
