North Iraq (AINA) -- Ten offices of the Change List and the Reform List, Kurdish opposition parties in North Iraq, were attacked yesterday in Erbil and Dohuk. One person was killed and eleven injured, with four in critical condition.

More than 300 hundred complaints of fraud were reported against the Kurdistani List, the incumbant Kurdish party. The Iraqi Independent High Electoral Commission (IHEC) has not responded to the complains, which were made since the first day of campaigning.
