(AINA) -- A coalition of Assyrian and Iraqi organizations will hold a demonstration to rally support for Christians of Mosul, Iraq, who have been under attack for the past two weeks. Thirteen Assyrians have been killed and 15,000 driven out of Mosul (AINA 10-16-2008);

The Network of Iraqi American Organizations and the Michigan Christians of Mosul Relief Committee will hold a demonstration and town hall meeting on Tuesday, October 21 at the Mother of God Chaldean Church Hall, 25585 Berg Road, Southfield, MI 48033. The rally will start at 5:30 PM.

After the demonstration, a delegation will travel to Washington D.C. to present the case for helping the Iraqi Christians to the Iraqi Embassy and the US government.
