Turkish Hackers Targeting Assyrian Websites

(AINA) -- A third Assyrian website has been hacked by Turkish hackers. A petition titled "International Campaign to Support the Christians of Iraq", sponsored by the website Christians of Iraq, was hacked. Persons clicking on "Sign the petition" are shown the following message:
HACKED BY DREADLORD WAS HERE | TURKÝTTÝFAK.ORG | FUCKED ÝRAQ
On October 30 the website of the Assyrian Academic Society was hacked by Turks (AINA, 10-30-2007). Last August the website for a book by Assyrian actress and author Rosie Malek-Yonan was also hacked by Turks. Malek-Yonan is the author of The Crimson Field, a historical novel about the Turkish genocide of Assyrians in World War One.
